Big Dude's Music City ships via FedEx, unless otherwise specified by the customer. All orders on in-stock items placed before 10 a.m. CST (Monday - Friday) will ship that same day. All other orders on in-stock items will ship within 24 hours.
At this time, Big Dude's cannot ship outside of the continental United States.

Long story: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise in the original unopened package within 30 days of the shipping date and with the original receipt for a full refund. Merchandise that is returned within the 30 days, but has been opened, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer refunds on computer software, microphones, videos/DVDs, blank CDs and tapes, headphones, harmonicas or any other products that, when returned, pose a copyright violation or health risk.
If you plan to return any products, please contact a customer service representative at (816) 931-4638, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. All authorized returns must contain a Return Authorization slip, which will be provided by a Big Dude's shipping representative. The customer's guarantee that the applicable conditions are met to warrant a full or partial refund are subject to review upon receipt.
Big Dude's will not be liable for return shipping charges incurred on any merchandise that accurately fulfills the original invoice and is not defective. All returned products without a Returned Service tag provided by Big Dude's Music City must be prepaid. No C.O.D.'s will be accepted and will be refused upon attempted delivery. Unauthorized returns are subject to a restocking fee and will not include a refund for return shipping.
